What payment terms do you accept?

We accept T/T (30% advance, 70% against B/L copy), irrevocable L/C at sight, and Escrow for first-time buyers. Terms are negotiable for repeat customers.

Which shipping terms and ports do you support?

FOB, CIF, CFR, EXW and Air Freight. Preferred loading ports: Mundra, Nhava Sheva (JNPT), Kandla and Mumbai.

What are your usual delivery timelines?

In-stock SKUs: 7–10 days to loading. Custom blends and private-label: 14–21 days. Transit time depends on destination port.

Retail pouches (100g – 1kg), poly-lined PP bags (25/50 kg), jute bags, cartons, jumbo bags (500/1000 kg) and full private label to your artwork.

Commercial invoice, packing list, B/L, Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary certificate, Certificate of Analysis, and any destination-specific docs on request.

Yes — 100 g – 500 g samples can be couriered worldwide. Sample cost and freight are typically buyer's account and refundable against first order.

Absolutely. We formulate custom blends to your recipe or work from a reference product. Full private-label service including artwork and packaging.
